Upon inspection of ac unit found unit to be operating but not cooling good. Attached service gauges to unit and found the unit to be low on freon. Scaled in R410a to bring up the pressures. Unit is operating at the manufacturers specified sub cooling. Downstairs unit is cooling normal at this time. Upon inspection of upstairs unit found freon pressures to be good and the system is operating normal. 90 day labor warranty.
Upon arrival went to condenser and proceeded to recover the refrigerant charge in the system. Unit had only 2lbs of freon in the system when recovered. Conducted a leak search of system and found unit to be leaking at the bottom weld. Leak most likely was from the original installation of the system. Removed the nitrogen from the system and repaired the leak in the attic. Once leak was welded up pressure tested the unit agian with nitrogen found no leaks present. Put evaporator coil back together and sealed with coil tape. Found txv build to be install incorrectly on copper line repaired txv build so it is secured to the copper line at this time. Attached vacuum pump to system and pulled a deep micron vacuum beefier recharging the unit to the manufacturers specifications. At this time the ac unit is operating properly. 60 labor warranty.
Upon inspection of ac condensate drain in attic found to be put together and in working condition. Purged the primary and secondary drain lines with nitrogen to ensure the drain lines were clear of restrictions. At this time both drain lines are clear of restrictions. Attached service gauges to system and found refrigerant pressures to be good at this time. Ac system is operating under normal conditions. 30 labor warranty.

Upon inspection of heater in the attic of home. Found unit to have a burnt out control board. Replaced the control board and wired into unit. Plugged unit back into power and tested operation of unit. Found unit to be heating normal at this time. 30 day labor warranty and manufacturers warranty on the control board.
Arrived on property to perform camera inspection for issues in drain line. At about 66 ft I found the to be a stoppage of debris and grease. Ran machine completely out to clear line. Tested to ensure proper function. Everything is working properly at this time.
Upon inspection of heater in attic found unit not igniting when calling for heat. Checked for power to hot surface ignitor found to have 120 volts. Replaced the hot surface ignitor and put the heater back together. Turned power back on and tested heater. Found heater to be operating normal at this time. While in the attic found overflow safety switch not wired in to system. Wired in the safety switch to shut down the ac unit upon detection of water. Advised customer to replace air filters as they look to be dirty.
